Still here! A little personal update.

Hello, hello fellow Witchy Readers.  Sorry for my extended absence!  Things have been crazy on the personal side of the spectrum and I haven't been able to give the blog the attention it needs.  Don't fear though!  The storm has passed and I'm back on updating you guys.  I know I missed the June full moon, which I will get to ASAP.  Expect more updates in the near future as I'd like to be posting ideally once a week or so.

Some miscellaneous reasons as to why I've been absent:

 I've been volunteering...

 ...and volunteering...

...and volunteering.

In the past few weeks I've helped out with multiple pet rescue organizations including The Animal Rescue Alliance (T.A.R.A.) where I'm an adoption event volunteer on weekends and a cat caregiver twice a week and the Excelsior Springs Friends of Animals where I'm an adoption event volunteer as well as a marketing event volunteer.  I did orientation for Crossroads Hospice where I'm now waiting for potential patients as a pet therapy and art therapy volunteer.  I also did orientation for the KC Pet Project.  I haven't heard back from them yet, but I anticipate doing a variety of jobs for them.  This is about 90% of the reason right now.  Orientations were almost back-to-back and a lot of new information was being filed into my head.

On top of it, I caught a horrendous cold from one of the volunteer organizers at the Crossroads Hospice, so I've been very out of it for the past week.  That's the other 10%.

Of course I'm still leading the Circle of Open Traditions.  We actually meet next week for our August Eve celebration, so expect some blog posts updating on that.  Again, I apologize for my extended absence and anticipate updating very soon!  Thank you for your patience!
